RunFreeNow in Trondheim

It takes time to recover after a race like Spartathlon. This in combination with that summer is definitely over is doing it a little hard to keep the pressure up. Nevertheless, more pleasant it was to get a request from Intersport to do a photo-shooting for RunFreeNow again.

I thanked them, of course, yes, so this weekend I was in Trondheim on a dream job with RunFreeNow-winner Martin Köppler, Ann Katrin Fritz (Panama PR) and Björn Hänssler (bopicture).

My mobile revenge on photographer Björn, good fun working with this guy. The picture is taken in Norway's largest Intersport-store, Gigant Lade.

Martin wants to use part of his price-year to discover the pilgrim ways. Nidaros was the goal of the pilgrims in Norway and the Nordic countries, thats the reason for doing this photo-shooting in Trondheim. The Norwegian pilgrim trails is connected to the continent and the next photo-shootings will happen in Germany and Spain. And in the spring Martin is going to follow the paths in Spain to Santiago de Compostella. Martins pilgrim interest is inspired by the book "The Way of St. James" (not quite sure of the title), a German best seller past three years.
There are lots of interesting reading material about the pilgrim ways, check out for example www.pilegrim.info and Way of st. James. At this sites you can find many good tips for where to do the ultra-training in years to come!

It was cold and glorious weather up north. I've attached a few of the pictures that were taken: Martin wearing Asics and I Adidas.
